Greek Marinated Beef Kabobs

Product: Blue Kettle Greek Dressing and Marinade


- 1 kg of beef sirloin steak cut into 2 inch cubes
- 1 cup button mushrooms, cleaned and stems trimmed
- 1 medium red onion, peeled and quartered
- 2 large red or yellow bell peppers, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, rinsed
- Blue Kettle Greek Dressing & Marinade

- Place meat in plastic bag and add 1 cup of Blue Kettle Greek Dressing & Marinade. Place in fridge and marinade for 6 to 12 hours
- Remove meat and thread onto skewers, alternating with vegetables
- Preheat grill and cook for approximately 6 to 8 minutes, turning once, to achieve the desired doneness
- Baste skewers with Greek Dressing & Marinade throughout cooking process
