Citrus Baked Salmon

Product: Blue Kettle Citrus Peppercorn Vinaigrette

- 4 (6 ounce) fillets salmon
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp. dried basil
- 1 tsp. parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 2 tsp. Pepper

- 1 cup Blue Kettle Citrus Peppercorn Vinaigrette

- In a medium bowl combine Blue Kettle Citrus Peppercorn Vinaigrette, garlic, dried basil, parsley, salt and pepper
- Place salmon fillets in medium baking dish and cover with dressing mixture. Cover and place in fridge to marinade for 2 hours, turning occassionally
- Place fillets in aluminum foil, cover with dressing mixture and seal
- Place sealed salmon in baking dish and bake at 375° for 35 - 45 minutes or until easily flaked with a fork

Serve with steamed vegetables. Serves 4
