Chili Baked Potatoes

Product: Blue Kettle Chili Base

- 6 medium Russet potatoes
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 350g ground meat (beef, chicken, pork, turkey or ground round)
- 375 ml water

- 1 jar Blue Kettle Chili Base

- Scrub and clean potatoes with bristled brush, pierce potato with fork and wrap in aluminum foil
- Place wrapped potatoes in oven and bake at 400° for approximately 35 - 45 minutes or until cooked thoroughly
- Prepare Blue Kettle Chili Base as outlined on jar
- Remove cooked potatoes from oven, place on plates and split open
- Using a large spoon ladle Blue Kettle Chili into the middle of the potato
- Top with sour cream, cheese and green onion
