NEW: Spicy Mango Barbeque Sauce: A delicious sauce for any grilled meats including steak, chicken and pork.  Fabulous for slow roasted oven baked ribs.

Chili Base:
 A concentrate of all the beans, vegetables and spices needed to make a delicious pot of chili.  Simply add browned meat and water to make a pot of chili. Dinner can be ready in twenty minutes. For a vegetarian option substitute ground soy product. Gluten Free.

Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce: A delicious tomato based pasta sauce made using four types of tomatoes, sweet basil, and extra virgin olive oil. Delicious as is or use as a base for a hearty meat sauce by simply adding cooked ground beef or italian sausage. Gluten Free.
  
Tomato Salsa: A delicious combination of tomatoes, onions, and three kinds of peppers kept chunky with a bit of zip from the fresh jalapeno peppers.

Vegetarian Antipasto: A traditional combination of ten different vegetables, spices and a bit of hot sauce makes this antipasto so good you won't even miss the tuna. Gluten Free.
 
Chocolate Indulgence: A blend of two types of chocolate together with milk, sugar and butter make a melt in your mouth chocolate sauce. Great for chocolate fondue, or as a warm sauce served with any of your favorite desserts. 
 
Ginger Dressing and Dipping Sauce: Our most popular product. Fantastic on a salad of fresh greens, tomatoes, and cucumbers. This is also a great dipping sauce for grilled steak or chicken, barbecued salmon, or sauteed prawns. 

NEW: Herb Vinaigrette: This mix of dill and oregano makes a refreshing dressing for a mixed greens or spinach salad. Also excellent over steamed baby potatoes and carrots. Gluten Free and Sugar Free.
 
Asiago Caesar Dressing: A blend of fresh Italian Asiago and Parmesan cheeses make up this flavorful dressing. Also a great veggie dip.
 
Roasted Garlic Vinaigrette: Roasted Garlic and Onions add a natural sweetness to this dressing. Use this as a marinade or for roasting vegetables.
 
Greek Dressing: A classic red wine vinaigrette finished with oregano. Can be used on a green salad, as a meat marinade, and makes a zesty Sub sandwich sauce. Gluten Free.
 
Thai-Sesame Vinaigrette: A low fat dressing, with an oriental flavor. Ginger and Sesame Oil combine to make this a very versatile dressing. Try in a stir-fry sauce as a marinade or over rice noodles.
 
Citrus Peppercorn Vinaigrette:  A tasty dressing incorporating tangy lemon with a bit of orange, flavored with cracked black pepper and red pepper flakes.  Delicious finishing sauce for steamed broccoli or asparagus. Gluten Free.
 
Cran Raspberry Vinaigrette:  This combination of Cranberry and Raspberry make a great dressing for mixed green or spinach salads. Gluten Free.
